PRINT ROOM AT THE CORONET NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT

"A class act…I'm as grateful to them for having introduced me to these works, as I am for their having opened up this corner of London to theatregoers…Long may they continue."

Dominic Cavendish, The Telegraph

"The Print Room has fast become one of the most exciting fringe venues in London… Every production it programs turns into a must-see."
Kate Maltby, The Spectator

Artistic Director Anda Winters spent a long time searching for a home to nurture artists and make beautiful and exciting theatre. In 2008 she discovered 34 Hereford Road, a former printing warehouse just off Westbourne Grove, and The Print Room was born.

"It's ambitious, perverse, nasty, beautiful, torrid and florid stuff."
**** The Daily Telegraph on 2010's Fabrication

In November 2010, now converted into an intimate 80-seater theatre, the space was inaugurated with Pier Paolo Pasolini's Fabrication. The Print Room immediately announced itself as a place to see extraordinary theatre.

"This bijou Bayswater Playhouse is a delight."
Michael Billington, The Guardian

Since then, we've unearthed significant but little-seen work from writers including Jon Fosse, Tennessee Williams, Brian Friel, Howard Barker, Arthur Miller and Henrik Ibsen and staged bold reimaginings of classics by Pinter and Chekhov. We've put on experimental opera, art exhibitions and installations, music concerts and regular readings by major poets. And we've become an important new venue for contemporary dance.

"Comical and exhilarating, this is Chekhov at his masterful best."
***** Jeremy Kingston, The Times, on 2012's Uncle Vanya

"…astonishingly well-acted and quietly devastating revival."
***** Paul Taylor, The Independent, on 2013's Molly Sweeney

BE A FOUNDING FRIEND OF THE PRINT ROOM AT THE CORONET

Our new home at The Coronet gives us even greater scope to keep pursuing our eclectic artistic vision. But we can't do it without your support. Each of our productions costs an average of £50,000. We don't receive any regular public funding. Ticket sales only cover 35% of costs.

Help us to keep making extraordinary theatre by becoming a founding friend of the Print Room's Second Act, here at the Coronet. See a list of the benefits here.

To become a friend, please download this form and return it to us at the address given together with a cheque.

If you would like to make your donation by card, or to discuss other donation possibilities, please contact Julia Gale (0203 642 6606; julia@the-print-room.org).
